Shipping & Returns
RETURNS
- We accept new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- All refunds are fully processed within 4 weeks of return confirmation with a tracking number provided to us as proof of return in transit.
- For most US cities we estimate a transit time of 5-10 days and 2-3 weeks for international returns back to our US address on the website.
- Submit a request through the website contact form or email for any return request or if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
- We will respond within 72 hours to confirm receipt of all requests.
SHIPPING
